The legacy continues, at this juncture in the life of Brown Memorial we will find a way to be the embodiment of our pioneers. Never to insult their effort by becoming fragmented or disconnected. Though the physical presence of our beloved Bishop Matthew Williams is no longer with us, we will continue to build on the foundation of holiness, deliverance and healing for humanity. Let’s partner with our new Pastor to pray for him and give him our support and well wishes. Bishop Anthony W. Gilyard is a son of this church. He stands on the shoulders of our founder, his grandfather, Supt John Brown, our 2nd Pastor his father, Elder W. W. Gilyard and his 1st Cousin Bishop Matthew Williams. We are confident that with the prayers of the saints and leading of God, that we are going to soar and continue to be a beacon of light and a place of Glory.
